Neighborhoods include 1) Ballard - a historic waterfront community with a popular boutique retail and nightlife scene; 2) Broadview - a mostly single-family residential community with large lots and a sleepier vibe; 3) Phinney Ridge - a beloved and eclectic residential area with a smattering of artistic and cultural shops and bistros; 4) Wallingford - a densely populated area near I-5 with a strong retail and restaurant core with a character reminiscent of San Francisco; 5) Fremont - home to tech companies such as Adobe and Tableau and bursting with a vibrant nightlife.; 6) Green Lake - home to one of Seattle's most recognizable landmarks and a myriad of housing options; 7) Crowne Hill - a tweener residential community sited just south of Broadview and north of Ballard; 8) Blue Ridge - an upscale and established residential community with a rich tradition, the ever-popular Swanson's Nursery and a private swim club; and 9) Greenwood - an up and coming neighborhood filled with service retail, restaurants, commercial fair and more.
