Welcome to Shoreline

Shoreline is a prosperous suburban community that combines residential, commercial and educational vibrancy. Over the years, it has built a reputation for strong neighborhoods, excellent schools and plenty of parks. Shoreline's history traces a journey from its early days in the natural resources industry to its current place as a diverse area within greater Seattle metro. Getting its name from the "shore to shore" geography (Puget Sound to Lake Washington), Shoreline is a relatively young city, having incorporated in 1995. It's a dynamic city with multiple neighborhoods, great transit options and burgeoning retail. One of the saltwater neighborhoods, Richmond Beach, is the cherished community where Molly Kemper grew up and her family and friends maintain deep ties there. In addition to Richmond Beach, other popular neighborhoods include Innis Arden, Richmond Highlands, Highland Park, Parkwood, Meridian, Lake Forest Park, The Highland, Echo Lake, Hillwood and many more.
